Esploreremo la nostra polarità, attraverso la pittura ed esercizi nuovi e mirati. Acquisiremo una visione più ampia di noi e le relazioni. Faremo esperienza di momenti di guarigione, gioco, sorellanza e fratellanza. Scioglieremo nodi del passato per acquisire una presenza fresca e meditativa.

“Nirvesha” (nome dato da OSHO a questo luogo, che in sanscrito significa “Divertimento”) è stata fondato molti tempo fa da un gruppo di amici alla ricerca dell’interiorità, per vivere una nuova qualità, sostenersi a vicenda ed essere veri. Questo spazio è quello in cui puoi incontrare te stesso e gli altri senza maschera. Questo è un posto dove puoi prenderti cura di te stesso ed è un’esperienza continua di crescita insieme. Osho Nirvesha si dedica allo sviluppo della coscienza e del potenziale umano, vivendo in armonia con gli altri e la natura. Osho Nirvesha comprende una piccola azienda agricola di 6 ettari situata vicino al paese di Bibbona lungo la strada del vino verso Bolgheri. Sahaja (Greve in Chianti, Italia, 1973)
Artista laureata in Pittura all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze e Disegno Industriale all’ISIA di Firenze, Master in Apprendimento Cooperativo, Abilitazione Ministeriale all’Insegnamento. Il suo percorso di studi include periodi al Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Art Students League di New York, Multiversity di Pune, India. Insegnante certificata Meera Art Academy, ha assistito Meera Hashimoto finchè è vissuta. Formata in Costellazioni familiari con Svagito Liebermeister, autrice del libro ‘La pittura delle radici’. Appassionata di musica e danza, continua la sua formazione e crescita personale integrando la meditazione tantrica. Con una fonte inesauribile di creatività si riinventa continuamente e collabora con diversi artisti a progetti alternativi e sperimentali. Attualmente tiene gruppi all’Istituto OSHO Miasto e OSHO Nirvesha in Toscana, al Mandali Retreat Center in Piemonte, all’OSHOfors in Svezia. www.artmedsahaja.com

Sahaja offre ai volontari di OSHO Nirvesha la possibilità di partecipare al corso gratuitamente, versando solo 70€ come mero contributo ai materiali di Belle Arti. Total immersion in the expression of our feminine and masculine energy - personal and of the group. Painting will show us what is hidden within us, going beyond stereotypes and ancient beliefs. “Nirvesha” (name given to this place by OSHO, that in sanskrit means “Enjoyment”) was founded long ago by a group of friends on the search of the inner, for living a new quality, supporting each other, and being true. Artist graduated in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence as well as in Industrial Design from the ISIA of Florence, Master in Cooperative Learning, Ministerial Teaching Licence. Her studies include periods at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, the Art Students League of New York, the Multiversity of Pune, India. Meera Art Academy certified Teacher, she assisted Meera Hashimoto until she passed away. Tained in Family Constellations with Svagito Liebermeister, author of the book ‘Roots Painting’. Passionate about music and dance, she continues her training and personal growth by integrating tantric meditation. With an inexhaustible source of creativity, she continually reinvents herself and collaborates with different artists on alternative and experimental projects. She currently leads groups at OSHO Miasto Institute and OSHO Nirvesha in Tuscany, Mandali Retreat Center in Piedmont, and OSHOfors in Sweden. www.artmedsahaja.com
🟢 SPECIAL VOLUNTEERS
Sahaja offers to OSHO Nirvesha’s volunteers the chance to participate for free (fee-less) to the course, paying only 70€ as a mere contribution to the Fine Arts materials. In exhange work as meditation is required: taking care of the artistic tools and other tasks during the course. Positions needed: 1 helper, 1 photographer. The volunteers will be selected by Sahaja according to the personal motivation and skill, via video call.
