PAINTING THE ANCESTORS
“If you don’t know where you come from, you don’t know where you go” Sahaja Kunkunate, Roots Painting
This workshop is dedicated to discovering our roots and meeting our ancestors.
A process of rooting and liberation that allows us to take the right place in our constellative system through a pictorial process.
We will meet our ancestors through colors, to receive the lifeblood of our lineage.
Through meditation, movement and sharing we will paint our life tree.
We will use painting as a medium of inner exploration to feel the people who came before us and still vibrate in our daily life. We will discover our polarity, inherited treasures and our personal mission.
We will create a “pictorial totem”, a symbol of our strength that will help us grounding and flourish in life.

Questo gruppo è dedicato alla scoperta delle nostre radici e all’incontro con i nostri avi.
Un processo di radicamento e liberazione che ci consente di prendere il posto giusto nel nostro sistema costellativo attraverso un processo pittorico.
Incontriamo i nostri antenati attraverso i colori per ricevere la linfa vitale del nostro lignaggio.
Attraverso la meditazione, il movimento e la condivisione dipingiamo il nostro albero della vita.
Utilizziamo la pittura come mezzo di esplorazione interiore per sentire le persone che sono venute prima di noi e che ancora vibrano nella nostra vita.
Scopriamo la nostra polarità, i tesori ereditati e la nostra missione personale.
Creiamo un “totem pittorico”, simbolo della nostra forza che ci aiuta a radicarci e a fiorire nella vita.
